2023 Vintage
The 2023 vintage resides comfortably on a short list of the top vintages I’ve had the pleasure to be a part of in my 30 years in the wine industry. A beautiful spring, free of frost episodes or erratic temperatures, led into a remarkably consistent and mild summer. Fall continued the trend of cool weather foregoing the late heat spikes common in warmer years. Later ripening varietals were carried to the finish line by a pleasantly warm and accommodating October. This allowed us to harvest each varietal at optimal maturity levels resulting in wines of incredible intensity and length. A beautiful balance between aromatic intensity, complexity of flavors and depth of presence on the palate assure the wines will impress both in their youth and with additional time in the cellar. We are excited to introduce you to these wines and certainly hope you enjoy them."
